Leila Ben Debba, American national is an International Resource Coordinator for National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's International Division. Ben Debba received a B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan College, and, prior to joining NCMEC, Leila worked for Cavalier Marine Supply, Co., Inc./Cavalier Trading & Export. Ben Debba will present the work of NCMEC and the effort conducted on the international level to use the internet to protect children and youth as well as how to safeguard youth and children from abuses on the internet.
