Jamil Mouawad , Lebanese, is the Program Manager of the Youth Department at the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies. Born on 3 November 1982 in Lebanon, he received his Master’s degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Grenoble. Mr. Mouawad served as a political consultant to the Lebanese Parliament’s Commission on Women’s and Children’s Rights. He held research positions at numerous organizations, including the Centre d’Etudes du Monde Arabe Moderne, the World Bank, the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies, and the Université Saint Joseph Electoral Observatory. Mouawad has written several publications on youth civic engagement, such as “Youth as Actors of Political Reform” and “Arab Youth: Agents of Change?” |
