Ouna is a Dutch national, she has a Master of Science Delft University of Technology; in ICT infrastructures and services. Ouna has experience and worked in TWA-network, Ministry of Economic Affairs, The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Paris. She has earned a research internship (IPR / Durable Development/ Technology and Safety/ Broadband and ICT’s) Sept.2006 – March 2007. Ouna was granted ‘Youth-Fellow and Alumnus’ status and part of the Dutch delegation for the ITU – International Telecommunication Union- World Forum 2006 (Hong Kong) December 2006. Young Executive Recruitment (YER); scout ICT and Strategy Consultancy 2006. Hanan will be presenting the effort of youth in using ICT applications to increase empathy, especially in light o the ITU Youth Forum efforts.
