UNDP Regional HIV/AIDS Practice Leader and Coordinator for HIV/AIDS Regional programme in the Arab States, December 2003-Present. Moalla, a Tunisian, coordinates AIDS initiatives for 20 Arab countries to mobilize religious leaders, political leadership, artists/ media leaders, NGOs, legislators, private sector leaders and to capacity build of People Living with HIV. Previously, she was an International Law teacher at University of Law of Tunis and then a practicing Lawyer. Parallely, she was a volunteer in AIDS NGOs and a UN consultant on Human rights in Sub-Saharan Africa for ten years. She is interested in women rights and developing leadership paradigms.
