Amira started her career as a collections executive in Citibank in 1999. She later moved into the Credit Cards line. After spending four years in Citibank, Amira moved to Xceed as a member of the launching team in Telecom Egypt account. She managed different accounts in the call center, inbound and outbound. Amira is certified as a register coordinator by Customer Operations Performance Center COPC for CSP in 2007 and was awarded as the best project in the Advanced Management Project by Future Generation Foundation in 2006. |
