Mr. Shehab is a consultant and a trainer in the field of conflict resolution and negotiation. He provides consulting services, designs, delivers and facilitates training workshops, and simulation sessions, for NGOs, governmental organizations and corporate sector covering various areas. He is also a lecturer at the Canadian International College (CIC) after his experience with the Modern Sciences and Arts University (MSA), the Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution (IIMCR) in the Netherlands and with the University of Notre Dame in the USA.

For over nine years Mr. Shehab led and participated in various national and international projects targeting different groups on different levels in the Middle East, North America, South America, Europe and Asia. He also guided strategic discussions addressing contentious issues at both youth and senior levels.

With a Masters of Arts in International Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Notre Dame, USA, and a Diploma in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution from Erasmus University in the Netherlands, Mr. Shehab brings in his experience in development, NGOs, corporate sector as well as Academia. He is a founding member of the Egyptian development NGO “Nahdet El Mahrousa”.
